Be nice. Don't use our app to do illegal stuff. Pay your bills. We own the code, you own your data. We can ban you if you're abusive. We try our best to keep things running perfectly, but technology isn't perfect.
By accessing or using the Communex website and school management services (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you disagree with any part of the terms, you may not access the Service.
To use the Service, you must register for an account. You agree to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information during the registration process.
You are responsible for safeguarding the password that you use to access the Service and for any activities or actions under your password. You agree not to disclose your password to any third party. You must notify us immediately upon becoming aware of any breach of security or unauthorized use of your account.
Accounts must be registered by humans. Accounts registered by "bots" or other automated methods are not permitted. You must be 13 years or older to use this Service.
Subject to these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to use the Service for your internal business (school management) purposes.

If you provide us with any feedback or suggestions regarding the Service, you grant us an unlimited, irrevocable, perpetual, sublicensable, royalty-free license to use any such feedback or suggestions for any purpose without any obligation to you.
You agree to pay all fees specified in your order form or subscription plan. All fees are exclusive of applicable taxes, unless otherwise stated.
Subscriptions automatically renew for the same term as the initial term unless you cancel your subscription before the end of the current billing period.
Refund requests are handled on a case-by-case basis. Generally, we do not provide refunds for partial months of service, but we're reasonable people - if you made a mistake, contact support.
You may terminate your account at any time by following the instructions on the Service. We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease.
The Service and its original content (excluding Your Content), features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of Communex and its licensors. The Service is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws.
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS. WE MAKE NO WARRANTY THAT THE SERVICE WILL MEET YOUR REQUIREMENTS, BE AVAILABLE ON AN UNINTERRUPTED, SECURE, OR ERROR-FREE BASIS, OR BE ACCURATE, RELIABLE, FREE OF VIRUSES OR OTHER HARMFUL CODE, COMPLETE, LEGAL, OR SAFE.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL COMMUNEX BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, RESULTING FROM (A) YOUR ACCESS TO OR USE OF OR INABILITY TO ACCESS OR USE THE SERVICE; (B) ANY CONDUCT OR CONTENT OF ANY THIRD PARTY ON THE SERVICE; OR (C) UNAUTHORIZED ACCESS, USE, OR ALTERATION OF YOUR TRANSMISSIONS OR CONTENT.
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold us harmless from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses, including, without limitation, reasonable legal and accounting fees, arising out of or in any way connected with your access to or use of the Service or your violation of these Terms.
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will try to provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.
