About

We build for the person who opens the centre at 8am

The people behind Communex came out of education. We lived through a tuition centre growing faster than its admin could cope with: attendance records that didn't add up, fees chased until nobody wanted to make the call. We were sure it could be simpler.

Our approach

Less busywork. More care.

Admin first, features second

If a feature doesn't take work off someone's week, it doesn't ship. The menu stays short on purpose.

Your data stays yours

Export your student records to CSV whenever you like. Leaving shouldn't mean losing your records.

A real person answers

Questions go to people, not a bot. Send us your spreadsheet and we help import it at no extra cost.

Built close to home

We build in Kuala Lumpur, for the centres around us.

Today Communex takes the admin load off education centres in Malaysia and gives the time back to what matters — teaching.
